Friendly, informative and offer great prices when it comes to sell
I have been selling jewelry items to this father and son team for years. They are a lot of fun. I always enjoy my self when I visit this extraordinary and knowledgeable duo. I have never been disappointed in the fair offers. It's nice to know that honest people still exist. Most honest gold and silver buyer you will meet. I really appreciate and respect the owners. Fast courteous professional service. I was received an offer for my silver dollars and half dollars that was within a couple of dollars of the high value I projected for my coins; there was no need to haggle over the price. :-) There are three suggestions I have for people who want to sell your precious metals at Sierra Silver & Gold: 1) Do your homework - do the research to get a realistic range of prices for your precious metal collection - don't guess or hope for the best. 2) Respect the fact that Tom and Cody at Sierra S&G have to practice very tight security precautions. If that means you have to wait outside while they assess the value of a current customer's collection, do your waiting without complaining. 3) You can park in the open parking lot next to the Silver & Gold's building for free. That will be safer than parking in the dark dingy Circus Circus parking garage or walking several blocks from other parking spaces in downtown Reno. From out of town. Came to see what they had & they had a very nice selection. Bought a few canadian maples, super hard to find where I’m from. So it was nice to see they had them. 100% would go again
Very very nice people it's family business Thay so smart the daughter Melissa is wonderful she's so knowledgeable she knows everything she really tries to go out of her way above and beyond to help the father is a gentleman and a half The sun is incredible as well they're great I would highly recommend to not go anywhere else if you're going to buy silver or gold this place is the best
