Went in here a few months ago with my dad, didn’t purchase anything, but came back today to find out about getting a ring repaired after a friend told me she had a positive experience. Price was so good, they did the repair in less than 10 minutes. I also scored the cutest little ring. Thank you- will be back 🤍
Update: Micheal has rectified the issue and I am very pleased with the replacement! Thank you for understanding. I came in for a simple battery replacement on my G shock. The following week I went on vacation and wore the water resistant watch in waist high water. 5 minutes in I noticed water in the case and took it off. Shortly after, it died. It brought it back in and they said there was nothing they could do and offered to send it off for repair which would likely end up costing $40+. I was offered another watch they had in back at dealer cost, which was a nice gesture, but I later found out it was a much lower model g shock. All in I paid $24 for the battery, $35 for the new watch, and am out a couple hundred for the original. Apparently, there was a paper stating that once watches are open, the warranty is void, which I was not given. In the end, please be extra cautious, luckily it was not a luxury watch.
My husband and I went to Gold Casters to upgrade my wedding ring. Michael was absolutely amazing to work with. I went in thinking I knew what size carat I wanted. He ordered a couple different sizes so I can see the difference in person. Michael helped me create the ring I have been dreaming of for years! I seriously could not be happier! I highly recommend!
I read the mixed reviews. This made me want to go to this jeweler even more. I met the owner Michael, he explained his issues with the parking spots. Basically he had people parking in his parking lot that weren't there for the jewelry store. His patrons had to walk longer distance with valuable baubles. I completely understand why he wants his customers to park literally 20 ft from the front door. We ended up buying a couple of pieces. Not only was the price Fair, but the vintage estate jewelry was of excellent quality. I get the sense that Michael is inherently honest and a very good Craftsman. I would recommend without hesitation his services to anyone.
