Anthony and Chris, worst customer service ever. Will not do business here again. Sent cards to PSA through them and after waiting over 6 months they said 22 cards were damaged in shipping. More waiting. No indication of what the damage was and no way to get any recovery. Son refuses to talk. Says to deal with his dad. We asked for our cards and father didn’t even have the decency to meet us in person. He gave cards to one of his employees and drove off. Never do business here!!

Bought a box of 2025 bowman chrome. Cashiers tells me hope you hit a banger, I jokingly said I will. Well I guess he was right.

As someone from out of town, I had a great experience coming to this shop. They have a large selection of Pokémon and the workers are extremely knowledgeable on their products. Best prices in Vegas.

I’m a regular at this place and like it quite a lot ^^ the prices are bit steep and the staff isn’t super interactive but I don’t really expect that from every single store, im not very interactive either. Their singles are usually priced pretty reasonably, so I get a lot of em there!! The high prices really only seem to be a symptom of the current market fluctuating so much. Overall would recommend to anyone visiting or any locals that are interested :)

My family and I were visiting from Florida and went to about 10 shops while we were there. By FAR, this is the best shop in Vegas! They have so much Pokemon and CJ is so great! They have vintage and modern Pokemon. We will be flying from Florida to Vegas again over the holidays and can’t wait to see what they have at Christmas. They have everything! Funko, sports memorabilia & cards as well. Stop by! You won’t regret it!

Let me start this review by saying I spend about $1000 a week on pokemon cards. I found this store 3 days ago and I've bought around $800 worth of cards. Well because of Chris today is my last day that they will have my business. I walked in today with $200 worth of yu-gio cards maybe seeing if they take them for trade in. I was pretty sure they wouldn't take them cause most stores don't. So I wasn't upset when Chris said they don't take them I was upset when he screamed it in my face with the tone of me being the stupidest man on the planet. I also had my vape in my hand and mistakenly put it up to my lips and he utterly screamed in my face to not vape in the store using a word I don't want to type out here. I aplogized profusely because even though up to this point I was ready to walk out due to his screaming at me but I did make a mistake. I shopped around a bit and I kept asking him questions about cards, the only response I got was a glare from him and he went right back to texting on his phone. I asked his a dozen questions and tried to spark up conversation. For example "oh wow this is a beautiful card what set is this?" I couldn't believe it when all he did was look up from his phone for a second. Made a horribly nasty face at me, and then went right back to his phone. I'm mad at myself that I still bought about $200 worth of cards today. I should have stood my ground and walked out. But that is the absolute last transaction they will get from me. I wish I could take back my $800 from the last few days. Chris was so rude I'm flabbergasted my girlfriend who was there was also confused as to why Chris was so rude. You guys lost a very valuable customer. I'll go back to my old card stores. I'm not too man to admit that my feelings are hurt I don't know what I did to make him be so mean. But luckily I'll never have to deal with him again!
