I recently visited precious metals refining to sell a 32-gram 14-karat gold chain, and my experience was disappointing. I waited roughly 25 minutes for them to appraise my gold, only to be told that it weighed less than I knew it did. I had weighed 2 grams short of what I weighed it myself beforehand, but they claimed the scale was in the back and couldn’t show me the results. When they finally made an offer, it was only $700, significantly below the market value. This offer reflected a cut of about 37% to 40% from the spot gold price, much higher than the typical 10% cut that reputable gold buyers might take. If you’re considering selling your gold here, be aware that you might face a similar situation. The dealer seemed indifferent, despite the context I shared about being a recent local might have suggested I was serious about a fair transaction. In summary, I found the experience to be a complete waste of time. If you’re looking for a fair price and professional service, I recommend seeking out a different gold buyer who values their customers and offers more competitive rates. I ended up going to American jewelers and they only took 10% off the spot gold price . No hassle or anything .

This place of business is the best place to sell your gold, silver, jewelry or buy some of the beautiful pieces of jewelry they have. Tony and Becky are the nicest people I have met. Tony is so knowledgeable and nice and fair. Becky is so helpful and kind and my husband and I had such a great time in the store that I just want to go and hang out there. The experience couldn’t have been better. They were incredibly friendly, easy to talk to, and made the whole process fast and hassle free. No pressure, no games. Just an honest, smooth transaction. Andre and Brandon were able to answer all of my questions regarding the accessories I was looking for, and the pricing was good enough that I didn’t need to drive all over town shopping them.
