We were there in early February 2026. Had excellent service and bought a couple of nice silver and turquoise pieces.
Rude & Ignorant employees. They do Not care to help customers. Need to Hire Salespeople, Good People Need Good Jobs.
Horrible service from Accounting. They issue invalid checks, an get mad about it when people call them to ask why its invalid. Ridiculous customer service. If you call them be prepared to get transferred to an answering machine. UNPROFESSIONAL, AND RIDICULOUS.
I asked for reliable taxes phone..the lady straight out said I don't know thier number. You need to call them. Wth, that's why I asked her. Bad customer service. Didn't even attempt to help find the number.
I went in for a thin pendleton shawl. The ladies at the counter were both extremely rude, before I could inquire more, one of them stated all our used blankets are on that side!! I got told them I'm not looking to buy a used one!! Then the other lady said well those are all we have!!. If you all don't want my money; then that's OK I'll spend it where they actually have decent customer service. Dont shop here!!
Thank you for Helping Me. Loved the Selections. Great Knowledge of Stones & Material, couldn’t chose between a few had to leave with all four. I’ll be returning for sure
