This place is honestly awesome. They didn’t just help us out, they took their time to actually teach us about collecting coins and metals. You can tell they really care about their customers and love what they do. They were super welcoming, answered all our questions, and made us feel totally comfortable as beginners. Their honesty and integrity really stood out. We left knowing way more than when we walked in. Highly recommend checking them out!

First of all I would like to Thank the team Owners for their honesty and hospitality, this place is Very Welcoming. They are fair and patient and by far the best prices given on gold and silver that I have seen yet. We are always greeted with a smile and never have I seen either one of them with a bad attitude or giving bad customer service. We will continue to visit and bring our business. I tip my hat off to the both of them. Thank you guy's.

Las Cruces Coin & Collectibles is easily a five-star shop. The people here are incredibly nice, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about what they do. On my very first visit, they took the time to walk me through what I should consider as a new collector, gave honest advice, and pointed me toward what would be most beneficial for my goals—no pressure, just real guidance. You can talk with them for hours because they’re not only friendly but extremely knowledgeable, and they’re always willing to offer free advice just to help you learn. I highly recommend stopping in if you’re even slightly interested in coins, gold, or silver. It’s a great place to start investing and an even better place to meet people who truly care about their customers.

I recently visited Las Cruces Coins and Collectibles and purchased a few items. One of the items I was attempting to purchase appeared to be a silver round. I do not have testing equipment in my pocket to make sure that what I am buying is what its supposed to be, I trust the merchant to have done that for me before placing it out for sale. The owner proceeded to ring up my purchases but when he got to the round he stopped. He got out his testing equipment and made sure I was purchasing what I thought it was. It turned out to be a copper coin plated in heavy silver, and was in the wrong case and way over priced. He could have sold the coin to me at the a silver price. I wouldn't have been able to figure it out till much later. He didn't. If you're looking for folks that are dedicated to customer service and are honest I recommend coming here. You will learn more about collecting and purchasing while finding a fair and honest business. Thank you for your excellent customer service.
