Warm customer service and a lovely experience all around! I bought a ring here about 7 years ago - it is a one of a kind opal and onyx inlay ring in yellow gold - a stunning work of art. The salesperson was so helpful and buying it was a great experience in itself. But what is more is that when the ring needed a tune-up (a tiny stone inlay went missing) they were so amenable and generous! A task that jewelers in my home town would not touch (or quoted me at $500!) Kenny's did as a courtesy! Beautiful jewelry, but the staff was a bit too pushy for a sale that immediately turned us off of getting anything. They would not take no for an answer and kept pressing us for reasoning.
