I was at their store in Mesilla last winter and bought a beautiful white buffalo bracelet. Unfortunately one of the stones fell out. The team at Silver Studio went above and beyond to fix my bracelet and sent me a matching necklace. We're not from New Mexico so everything was sent back and forth through the mail.
