The jewelry is very well crafted and I have bought a number of unique and beautiful pieces which I cherish to this day. I highly recommend anyone looking for quality to pay a visit.

Whenever we're in Santa Fe, NM we always stop by Gusterman's with the guarantee that we'll find something truly beautiful to buy. A few years back I bought a pair of earrings that were no longer clasping shut. Being that I'm a good 1,500 miles away, I sent them an email with a picture of my troubled earrings. I got a quick response and with just one phone call, Wanda was able to successfully walk me through the delicate repair process. Now that's a full service jeweler! They stand behind everything they sell! Wanda told me that if I couldn't do the repair, that I could send the earrings back for them to do. I can't speak highly enough of this wonderful store! My husband designed an engagement ring with them. I did not like it. He encouraged me to bring it in and ask if it could be changed. I was hesitant - I was worried about being judged. And I was right to worry. The salesperson was extremely judgemental. We were both perfectly nice. I didn't insult the ring or the store. I just said it wasn't my style. But they still made me feel terrible for even asking the question. It was just a high anxiety time for me, and they made it that much worse. It still hurts years later. This would not be a one-star review for an ugly ring. If they had simply been a little bit compassionate, I would have fallen over myself with relief and gratitude, and it would have been a five-star review.

I received these beautiful earrings in the mail yesterday and I could not be happier! Britt, Kerstin, Wanda, & Susan helped me at different times, yet Wanda was especially helpful & extremely patient with me: talking me through what I wanted and keeping in touch with me long distance. She was a joy to work with!!! This combination started out with purchasing the ring and adding some diamonds that I already had along with their diamonds and a Ruby. I have worn this ring almost everyday sense!!! It is so comfortable to wear due to how they squared off the bottom side. My husband encouraged me to have earrings made to match. The ring and the earrings are interesting, beautifulI, unique & certainly treasured!!! I LOOVE them both very much & appreciate the wonderful experience we had🥰💝

Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly since they are the jewelers in this shop. In a town full of copy cat native american designs, they design their own. They sized this perfectly to fit my middle finger. I think I will have more of their jewelry in my jewelry case in the future.
