What a wonderful place full of amazing weavings. Want to learn something about the craft, ask Pat. This place has a long history here and it shows. Pat was kind and generous and really added to our experience traveling throughout New Mexico. I want to thank him a million times for raising our spirits, there are still kind souls in the world.
Must go when you’re in the Santa Fe area!!! Perfect on the way stop to and from Abiquiu and Ghost Ranch. The owner is a third generation trading post owner and takes great pride and knowledge in the beautiful objects and art found in the shop. You can find all sorts of goods here—pottery, jewelry, food, self/beauty care, home, textiles… The owner himself is a weaver! This is such a fun place!
Hand woven rugs of excellent quality, fair prices, and good people to talk to. We were excited to stop, and were very happy with what we found!
Got a little teepee incense holder and sticks that smell of incense. There was so many wonderful things beautiful looks yarn from sheep dyed lovely colors beautiful turquoise and furniture. Also a lovely collection of new mexico recipe books. Happy I came. Would visit again.
A great place to stop and experience a piece of history. Great Native American gifts and a free cup of coffee! Wonderful welcoming people (relatives of original owners/founder) to chat with and hear about the trading post and the surrounding area.
