The store is in the mall and is Never open. I’ve been 3 times and there’s a phone number on the door to call. You call and no one answers!
I went in to shop and no one paid me no mind. Even though I saw two guys working smhh
I went to this store because I thought I would get at least a decent price for my items. It was a joke, I did some research before going to see what my items were worth and the guy offered me a whole $20 for items I know that were worth $100'sof dollars. It was a waste of time and gas.

I don’t know where the “good staff” and “good customer service” is but my experience was the complete opposite. The staff did not even pay attention to me, they were on their phone texting while I was trying to talk to them.
I went to pawn 1 diamond earring that originally cost 5000 for the pair. Upon arrival the guy tells me it’s a low quality diamond and he’ll give me $300. He proceeds to put the money on the counter and start bagging up my earring before even asking if that’s a fair price. I had to haggle with the guy and practically argue to get him to bring my earring back out. After about a hour of going back and forth I got the price up to $750 and thought to myself how did you first offer $300. Their prices are not fair and you will get scammed out of your valuables.
I LOVED IT HERE! the customer service was great!! Before coming here I went to a different place to try to sell my necklace. They tried to lowball me and I wasn't having it. I came here and they offered me a great price and were absolutely the nicest people ever! 5 STARS!! this is the place to come :)
One word to describe the experience. " AMAZING" The customer service was phenomenal. Immediately I was greeted and was asked was I looking for anything in particular. I was just browsing but I ended up seeing this rare $1 I've never seen before. It was rare and pretty nice. A great price as well. Usually when you go to coin shops they try to take advantage. Here they gave me a great price and a lot of rare inventory. I'm from NYC! I've never received service like this before. Very professional will be back soon.
Wow!! Such a wonderful place. I've had my Rolex about 15 years. Looking to sell it because I've had it for a really long time. Happened to just be walking around in the Bridgewater mall and he was able to give me $9,000 for my watch! I was shocked at how much I was receiving. Very professional , polite and honest. I WOULD NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE! This store deserves more than 5 stars.
I was about to sell 5 grams for gold to this area. As of 10-2-2020, they are willing to buy it $20 UNDER spot price. I used to buy gold silver here at good prices in the past (it was $50 per gram, now it's above $60 but asks $200 for 5 grams of gold). This will be the last time I'm doing business with them and do it elsewhere in the future. This is absolutely a deal breaker for me. **UPDATE** On 8/19/2021, I was about to sell some silver. However, there was 2 post that there was an eviction notice that happened on 8/11. So I don't know how they conducted their business...
