I had a very disappointing experience with this business, largely due to poor management. The owner was dismissive, unprofessional, and clearly uninterested in addressing concerns or taking responsibility. Communication was rushed and condescending, which made it obvious that customer satisfaction is not a priority here.What could have been a simple issue to resolve was handled poorly from start to finish. Instead of listening, the owner talked over me and acted as if questions or concerns were an inconvenience. That attitude alone is enough to ensure I won’t be returning. If you value professionalism, respect, and basic customer service, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
Dennis and Dennis were very professional and knowledgeable! I showed up 30 mins before they closed and they didnt rush through my collection of gold, silver and platinum!
