First of all, let me say how great & honest the sale staff was. In the process of getting my values on my gold, I mistakenly left a gold bracelet in the plastic bag I bought into the store. After I got my money & started to leave, the staff called me back & told me I still have more money coming. They proceeded to check out the weight on the bracelet & then handed me another $800.00. Thanks to all at TMT Gold. I will only recommend TMT to my friends & anybody else who want to sell their gold etc.
Just visited TMT and had the pleasure of meeting Jimmy and his employees. I found the store to be well lite and very friendly. I felt that we were treated fairly and very kindly. Jimmy took the time to explain everything to us every step of the way!
My first time....(and it will be my last time) that I was there, I was waiting patiently for customers ahead of me. And I was actually impressed by how much time the employees were taking by going over each item. THEN..the owner walks in and waits on me...he looks at one item and doesn't even bother to look at what else I have. He bought the one diamond ring that he looked at and rushed me out the door. Did the same to the customer behind me. If you want someone to actually look at your treasures...you are better off going somewhere else! Which is what I did and the jeweler loved my other items, for a better price too!
