They will give you different spot prices on the phone 85%, then their employee offers me 90% and they walk it back. Ok I guess that's fair if the employee didn't know any better. But when it was all said and done with the manager approval they gave me around 20% less from the total of what would be 85% of the spot price. Around a a couple hundred dollars. I was so distracted because I thought I lost my wallet and immediately called an uber to pick me back up to see if I had left it home.* *On the plus side they accepted the sale without a physical id which I'm not too sure is legal, but neither is defrauding your customers. Also I briefly asked them to take a look at some fine gold jewelry made with facet cut beads and the employee scratched two different beads, without my permission. I should have realized something was amiss when they started giving me 50-60% spot prices on my fine jewelry after I had already sold the ingot at 85% (not that I was given that agreed rate) that something was amiss. When I called later they were very evasive and just telling me to come into the store and wouldn't even give me a moment or themselves a moment to explain because there was nothing to explain. They asked me to just in 2 days after it happened. I'm not wasting my money(they are aware I traveled there in an uber) just to listen to them sell lies. Also it's funny I had to remind them to give me a receipt. I said, "don't I need that for tax purposes" and the clerk said "not really" or something to that effect. Just a little to odd in retrospect but again, very stressed so my mind was elsewhere for all of this until I got back home and did the math with a collected disposition. Live and learn, but don't make my mistake people(they will take every bit of advantage if they think they can because that's what they did). Unless you need a place that will accept just a picture of your id and not the actual card, in which case go anywhere else.
Today me and my boyfriend came in today to sell a few items. This was my third time here, my first two time being great. The siblings care about you and give you an amazing price. I will continue to come here every time I need to sell something, and recommend you all do to, as they provide nothing but the best service.
Visited Reliance today for the first time. This is a family run business and every person in there was friendly and made me feel comfortable. I had some old silver and gold to sell and their prices were incredibly fair. Happy with the entire experience. I will absolutely go back in the future and would highly recommend their business.
