Rude stuck up sales clerks in the fragrance tables. All having personal conversations rolling their eyes when you need help! I can see why the store is closing! Two ladies fighting about commissions too! Place is joke!

Exceptional Service at Neiman Marcus - Memo Paris Section Yesterday, my boyfriend and I visited the Neiman Marcus location to find a new fragrance for him. We both love exploring new scents, so it’s always an enjoyable experience. At the Memo Paris section, we were fortunate to be assisted by the most wonderful lady, Vicky. She was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Vicky shared the fascinating story behind the Memo Paris brand and walked us through the inspiration behind each fragrance. Her knowledge and passion truly made us fall in love with the concept of the brand. She allowed us to try many different scents, guiding us perfectly through the process of finding the ideal one. My boyfriend ended up discovering his dream fragrance, and to top it off, Vicky gave me samples of the ones I loved the most! We were absolutely delighted with Vicky’s service and wanted to express our heartfelt thanks. There’s nothing quite like shopping in-store and having someone like Vicky to make the experience so enjoyable and seamless. Thank you, Vicky! 🀍

I bought a fragrance one week ago as a gift for someone and the person did not like it, and I came for store credit or refund and they didn’t give me anything and the perfume was not used. This is insane! And the manager said that’s the policy did not approve my return and it was just a week ago

Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. I purchased a perfume and contacted customer service before returning it to ensure it was eligible. A representative explicitly approved the return, issued a return label, and instructed me to proceed. I followed those instructions exactly and even paid for the return shipping myself. After the item was received, the company reversed course and rejected the return, claiming the perfume had been opened. Nowhere on the website does it clearly state that the cellophane must remain unopened, nor was this disclosed by the agent who approved the return. Had that policy been clearly communicated, I would not have opened or ordered the item at all. Rejecting a return after it was approved by customer service and after the customer incurs shipping costs is misleading and unfair. The item was not used beyond inspection, and the handling of this situation feels deceptive and inconsistent. This experience has permanently damaged my trust in this brand. I would strongly caution others to be very careful with returns, as approvals given by customer service apparently do not mean anything.

Customer service is horrible. Also do not fall for the "Pickup today before 12" they have displayed on the website. I purchased a Moncler coat online at 9am. Never received the notification that its ready for pick up. I went to the store 1hr before closing and the lady told me they don't have it in stock. I go to the section and they had plenty of the coats I purchased online, at the store. Different sizes and all. I asked since I purchased it online already at this location can I take the coat but they wouldn't allow me. Employee was very rude, worst experience dealing with this company. Never shopping here again. Neiman you have to do better

I’ve been visiting Neiman Marcus in Paramus, NJ, and my experience has been amazing thanks to Victoria from Initio. She is incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and has me coming back for more, that’s how good she is. I’ve learned so much from her over the past few weeks, and the store truly needs more people like her. Thank you, Victoria! you’re amazing!
