I will no longer go anyplace else! The customer service is exceptional, they are nice, conversational, and the best part: there are chocolate treats for you to enjoy while they are appraising your pieces (can it get better than that?) Knowledgeable and respectful of my piece, they gave me a quote I was more than pleased with. While there, I was chatting with one of the owners and told her I had been in search of a gold snake bracelet. She mentioned having some in the past, and would be sure to keep an eye out for me for any others that came through the shop. A few weeks later, true to her word, she called me about a gold snake bracelet. It was exactly what I had been looking for! Now that is kind of customer service I like!! It was such a lovely experience I would highly recommend it to others!
Awesome Place! I came in early to only get a price on my Grandmothers Diamond ring that was past down to me alongside with some old gold and silver from my own collection. There was no hesitation to the early time and not only did they give me the best price for my grandmothers ring I sold it! Along with the rest of my things. They had all answers to my questions (I'm not that smart in estate Jewelry) The staff was awesome and I will continue to go back!
This place is Awsome with Friendly ppl! I went in just to ask a question and look around to see what they had and was amazed at some of the cool coins they had! I only purchased a standing Liberty Quarter and got a good price on it as well!! The gentleman was very helpful and didn’t hesitate to answer any questions I had! I recieved some good knowledge on numismatics also! Awesome Experience!!
Didn’t buy or sell anything. But the way business is conducted here, deserves 5 stars. I brought in a beautiful Sapphire and Diamond Necklace, which isn’t 100% in their wheelhouse. Bret took the time to really look into it anyway, and do the absolute best he could for me. Though we didn’t come to a deal, he gave me great advice on places to try, and ways to sell. It was just all around a genuine and refreshing feeling leaving. Thank you for your time! Next time I’m in the market, you’ll be my first and last stop! Wish more places conducted business like this!
