They have never disappointed me or gave below the value. Great People! A very nice family business. Always fair and give the highest value to customers! They are indeed a staple in our community for years. I have bought great pieces of jewelry and other items and my items still hold their value. In these uncertain times, I consider them a great blessing. Thank you!

I came in two days ago to pawn a Fender guitar, the agreeable gentleman behind the counter told me he could do $500. I came back in today with the same guitar and a different man told me he couldn’t take my request seriously and offered me $100 for a guitar that is retail/wholesale $800. I asked him what’s the difference between two days ago and today and he said I should’ve realized what a good deal that was a took it. Completely rude and condescending and wouldn’t offer me a legitimate reason as to why he dropped the price $400. Avoid this shop if you can because they will try to get one over on you.

My first experience was a little confusion. But after dealing with the owner he quickly rectified the situation. And now ive been dealing with them for quite some time. Every experience has been great. They are very trust worthy and are willing to meet your needs to the best of their ability. They are truly amazing and are great with their customers. Definitely worth bringing them your business. You wont be dissapointed.

The stars are really for the presentation of the store. Clean, organized and looks great but certainly not the best prices if you’re selling commodities. I tried to sell some silver today and was offered $11 beneath spot (63%) Went to another place a few minutes away and was offered $3 beneath (90% of spot price). Be weary and make sure you know your numbers.

The store is very nice and clean with a unique collection of musical instruments, watches and collectibles. My issue and experience was made bad due to the poor customer service. First time there was with my girlfriend and she sold some jewelry. I thought since the experience was nice, I would go back and see about selling some of my watches out my collection which wasn’t a good idea. The way the store associates spoke to me and treated me left a very bad taste in my mouth. Immediately, the lady came off very rude and wouldn’t let me speak to any of the store associates I dealt with last time. She kept cutting me off saying they don’t buy watches without batteries and I asked if they could replace it there, which she lied to me about, saying “they don’t replace the batteries here”. All while having a sign saying they replace batteries. After ignoring and making me wait 30 minutes while they scratch and devalue my watches all over their table. They call me over and offer 175$ for 3 of my watches. I am an authorized EBay seller and also sell some of my watches on Chrono24. One of my watches could’ve got me 200$ or maybe a little less. Offering me less than that for 3 wasn’t really fair. Could’ve just told me they didn’t wanna buy them. They didn’t bother to ask me any questions or anything. It was like they didn’t wanna conduct any business with me. I don’t mind a place low balling or not seeing value in what I’m offering.I know that can be a part of how a business is run. I mind people treating me weird and making me question myself, thinking I did something wrong. Side note: the three watches were Seiko solar diver 200m/red-blue bezel Citizen automatic diver 200m/ blue-gold bezel Tissot seastar 30 Bar/ red bezel All watches were near mint with boxes

As far as I’m concerned I will never return to this place. I purchased a ring for my mother and I was ripped off. I was told the diamonds and ruby were natural but that’s not true. I was told the gold was 21 carat and it was 18k. Awful customer service from the beginning. I was told to not turn away from the counter or would be thrown out of the store. I’m sorry but that wasn’t warranted without a prior warning. I’m mad at myself for not being wiser than that to leave when I had the chance. Unfortunately, I would caution anyone from going there.
