I was in the hospital when they claimed my two Gibsons. My daughter paid full price to buy back my acoustic Gospel for me but they got my Les Paul before I could even find it. I had been working with them for years and they never took my guitars. I was sick In the hospital. Stay away from them. It really hurt.

Z and Ted are amazing and work to get you what you need! I drove over an hour and they exceeded my expectations! I walked out with a smile and cash to get me to payday! These are your people!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Not happy with my experience. Unprofessional in some very important areas regarding customer service. They made snide comments about some of the items I brought into pawn. They also made negative comments about another customer that was there when I was in ear shot. Refused to buy or pawn my Valentino Garavani rockstud bag. As the dude had no idea what Valentino Garavani was. Mind you, whilst checking out, I saw in the case a Valentino belt. I was not offered a fair price, however I was desperate and accepted. I wasn't able to drive to my favorite pawn shop in Morrisville, PA so had to come here. If you are in need of cash fast, it's up to you. You get what you get here as far as interesting personalities are concerned. Not a good vibe. On the positive-ample parking and the woman I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and respectful. Can't say the same about the person that assisted me.

I was in the other day . Had wonderful experience with Adreana. What a great vicious personality and very honest. She made my day .What a wonderful addition to your team . I will be back because of her . The rest of staff was good to . But Adreana stood out more with giving options and advise.

Great customer service. Reasonable pricing when it comes to the pawning process. I am able to get a quick loan before pay day and pay it back with a small interest rate. All the employees are good but I have worked with Z the most and he is awesome !

I had an outstanding experience at E & B . I was helped by Aunn, and she provided exceptional customer service. She was very friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything clearly, made the entire process smooth, and treated me with genuine respect. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond to make sure customers feel comfortable and valued. She was also super professional. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend asking for Aunn if you want great service!

I went to the this shop on a whim en route from Maryland to New Jersey and I am impressed which doesn’t happen often. They have a massive selection and the customer service is particularly kind. I had the pleasure of being helped by Z who was friendly and discussed the items I wanted to buy reasonably and with patience.
