I hadn’t been to the Bloomingdale’s Outlet in years because the last few times I went, they didn’t carry many designer items like they used to. But I decided to stop by recently, and wow — what a difference! Right in the front of the store they had a great selection of Canada Goose, Mackage, and Herno, and the prices were amazing. I even found a coat that originally retailed for $1,290, and I got it for $474 — such a steal! Hopefully they continue bringing in more designer items like before, especially in outerwear and clothing, because this visit really reminded me why I liked shopping here in the first place. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Great store with great premium brands, still need more cashier on the cash out line. Wait too long.

I recently visited Bloomingdale’s at the Bergen Town Center in Paramus, and I was really impressed. The store has a huge selection—clothing, accessories, home items, and more—so it’s easy to find exactly what you’re looking for. Everything is well-organized, and the shopping experience feels smooth and enjoyable. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the products. There are plenty of good deals throughout the store, which makes it a great spot to shop without feeling like you’re overspending. Overall, it’s a convenient, clean, and well-stocked location.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Bloomingdale’s Outlet in Garden State Plaza, and I want to give a special shoutout to Suzette, Tina, and Roxana for making it truly memorable. Their kindness, professionalism, and generosity went above and beyond. While shopping with my daughter, she found a beautiful pair of Birkenstocks she fell in love with. To my surprise and gratitude, they honored my military service with an additional discount, which was not only thoughtful but deeply appreciated. It’s rare to find such genuine customer service these days, and it made our visit all the more special. This store has always been a hidden gem for us—full of beautiful treasures, amazing deals, and an incredibly helpful staff. Whether I’m browsing or buying, I always leave with something great and a smile on my face. The items that I bought this season were phenomenal. The only reason I'm keeping it at four stars is because something smelled really bad on the way home, and when I got home I realized that it was the bag itself that was soaked in something rancid. So my clothing were in a really smelly bag that the store gave me. But, I bring up this entire story because I just want to point out that the staff did a great job in having a good conversation with me, the next time I walked into the store. Great managers.
