Unfortunately, as times have changed, this business is stuck in the past. People who used to be helpful, have turned into grumpy naysayers who will not give the time of day. Used to be a longtime customer, but unfortunately, this business is no longer a viable option. What a shame

called in to ask about a coin on eBay. the person answering was very rude and said the owner is on vacation and it can wait till next week. not sure who runs a coin company like this. I'm the owner of my company and I'm always available.

Came out of my way to visit. A cardboard sign on the door says appointments preferred. I respect that but did NOT appreciate that it isn't advertised in online presence, nor did I appreciate the rudeness and hostility from the proprietor.

I wouldn’t recommend coming here. I came here just like any other person and when someone finally answered the door he asked what i was doing here in a rude snarky way. Told him i was here to look at some coins and he said i needed to make an appointment and not to get my hopes up. Also said i needed to specifically know what coin i was looking for. I was stumbled by his rudeness it took me a second to review what was said in unbelief, he followed up with “is that all i’m very busy you know”. Very rude & unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend coming here by any means. I’ve been to several coin shops including Colonial valley and I was never treated like this. I am younger so i can understand when some people are doubtful but nonetheless he was straight up disrespectful. Avoid this store.

Trenton Stamp and Coin is a reputable Coin shop that I had the pleasure to work with on my collection of proof sets. Tom, one of the owners was fair with what I bought as well as had some very pertinent information about my gold coin. I trust his opinion and would not hesitate to sell some items to them, knowing that he would be fair and honest about it's value. As with any collection, please do your homework before you go in...because they are extremely knowledgeable about this business. They certainly have a great selection of items to purchase if you choose.

I haven’t had customer service like this in years! I called and spoke to the staff and eventually the owner in search of some very specific stamps and first day covers to frame for a Christmas gift. I got some wonderful suggestions and I was given more than my share of time for a small purchase. The stamps and first day covers were packed and delivered with care; for a stamp nerd this mailing certainly made me smile!
