tried to scam me on ebay multiple times for vinyls, kept changing price and having a 20% restocking fee? for ordering a CD instead of vinyl. If you didn't accept $40 and didn't change the product to a CD this wouldn't be an issue

The store looks great from the outside and has a strong showroom presence. They carry a wide selection of used tools and power tools. Staff were okay, but not especially friendly or helpful. The biggest issue was pricing and trade-ins. Trade offers were very low, especially for store credit, and there was no room to negotiate. Several items were priced only slightly below brand-new retail, sometimes just $10 to $20 less, which does not feel like much of a discount for used equipment. Some prices also seemed inflated compared to actual market value. The overall value just did not feel competitive. The staff were also very persistent about signing up for their phone number rewards program, which felt pushy. Overall, the experience was disappointing mainly due to pricing and trade-in practices. Edit to response: I appreciate your response, While you definitely listen to "pricing input", you do not "welcome it" as you say. A small negotiation of $5-$10 off of a product was left with no room at all. Removing the feeling of "Saving" as your store name states. I bet your rewards program is great but after you pitch is and its benefits once to a customer, I recommend not pestering them with it until they leave the store. A 1 star was a little harsh I agree, I will make it 2.

I always leave with something unique that I didn’t know that I needed. Great prices and quality products. The rewards program is great if they are open when I drive by I pull in every time.

I have had many great experiences here over the years buying and selling. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The products are second hand but priced fairly and in great condition. I always try to stop in when in the area just to look around. You never know what good deals you may find.

I visited today interested in cameras. I was introduced to Jeff who was the most understanding and informative gentleman that help me with choosing and upgrading to a better camera that fits my wants and needs. I highly recommend visiting even to just browse. Thank you Jeff for a great experience!

Great selection of used goods for reasonable prices. Tech, instruments, sporting goods, tools, you name it. Got myself a damn good record player and rollerblades when no other store had anything of similar quality in stock. That being said, today I tried selling some goods and was immediately turned away without anything more than a quick glance at what we offered. Was told that it looked like we were "just cleaning house" and that based on our walk around the store that the type of goods we offered weren't the kind that they sold. Frankly judging by what I saw, there were plenty of cameras, swords, knives, and an 8mm projector for sale, which is what I was offering. The VHS cameras we had also had zero representation in their selection, and there was definitely a lot of other antique product in stock. Full transparency, I am autistic and was already burned out from a long week so I just didn't have the energy to rebut any insults or argue beyond simple price negotiation. We didn't even get that far. Craig, since you seem to read these reviews, what was the problem? Too young? Acting weird? Quiet? We wanted to do business earnestly but it seemed like we just ticked you off for some reason. Update: Yes, the projectors were dirty and that's my bad. They were however well tested and you made a lot of assumptions at a mere glance. We had a few others things that were in great shape that you didn't seem to see. And how are we supposed to walk up to a counter? We were having a day out and trying not to take life too seriously. I didn't think being happy was an insult. As for not asking any staff beforehand.... we did. We were led to your counter by the front desk attendant. He looked at our stuff in the car and led us to your desk to check with you. You seem to throw on a lot of little assumptions about people without having any idea what happened cause at the end of the day you are just one guy that can't see everything that happens.

Overall, I am providing the Nashua NH Tradeland Buy Sell store an Outstanding - 5 Star rating shopping experience. Sales Manager Tom assisted me and was super helpful with answering the many questions I had. His knowledge of the store and of the stores many products , especially in the Musical Instrument department was remarkable. He assisted me in purchasing an Ibanez acoustic/electric guitar in almost perfect condition and at an amazing price. Also discussed PA equipment, speakers and both played a few bars on a Roland digital piano that was available in store for a great price. Thanks again for the shopping experience.
