Everyone was super professional and kind!!! Justin spent 20-30 minutes showing us around and explaining all the different coins, bitz, bars, etc. At purchase time, Justin and Mike showed us different ways to tell that the silver was real. I have told a bunch of friends, co workers and my customers about this place and that they got to check it out. My husband and I are going back today to buy more and "keep stacking"! : )

My wife and I were excited to purchase silver,after my second trip to store and speaking with Mike,,are you kidding me I felt as if I was bothering him,he definitely has some issues in the customer courtesy dept..I purchased 1 coin for his time...felt extremely disappointed. I've heard his shop on radio,,,and figured would try it out...I'm calling station and tell them how uncomfortable Mike made my experience ...finding another location.. Thanks for NOTHING..

Two of the employees are very dry and act like it’s a huge bother to answer questions or help. Secondly I brought in low mintage more rare coins as an experiment AND SOLD THEM to see if this was gonna be a forever shop on my list. They bought these coins for melt!!!! Please people go find a dealer that’s not about just bullion and the pockets of which they wear. Find a place that stands by the fundamental roots of which why coin shops originated. These guys are not numismatist he sat here and looked up everything online so that means they have no price guides or literature didn’t even open a book because oh wait they ain’t got one! Please I encourage you do your own due diligence find a real coin dealer with a great reputation that treats people fairly. This was a social experiment and I was being generous with the 2 stars. The manager that left he was very helpful smiled,polite, and courteous. Let’s not even get into the prices of some of the stuff in this place. Keep stacking keep collecting folks and your welcome

Called and drove 1:45 mins to this location when arriving was not talked to for about five mins then a gentleman asked me how he could help he seemed bothered I said I called I have some gold backs to sell he again seemed bothered more then interested fiddled with them for a few mins said we usually pay spot on the gold I said no I called they said 90 percent of the value anyways we get past it we count them and he asks if I want these silver bitz that are new I said sure just to leave this location as fast as I could was told I had 80$ left and he said want two of these 1oz silver cards I said sure and I was on my way. I just do not think this business model is great I buy and sell tons of gold and silver I am a avid buyer and I spend lots of money on bullion and precious metals but I will not recommend this location or ever return.

By far the best shop I have been to. Knowledgeable staff who are extremely helpful and determined to help each person that walks in the door. Fantastic variety of selection in there showroom that I have not found anywhere else. Their flagship product Silver Bitz is the most useable precious metal in the world!
