Ordered and paid for coins on 07/02/2026. Coins were in stock at the time I ordered them. Received 1 email stating that the coins are out of stock and would be shipped when available. No further communications initiated by Littleton. Every time I checked on the shipment, I was given the stock answer that they would be shipped, but no anticipated shipping date. Finally canceled the order today (08/13/2026). Extremely poor customer service. I will never order from them again.

Littleton Coin Comp. sent me some coins I did not order nor request. A few week's later I was sent request for return of coins. The original offer price was $39. NOW the price to keep is $50. What a scam. Items were sent back with their label. Very sneaky & oily way of doing business.

Very disappointed. Ordered a few coins. All shipped separately at different times. One never made it. I called and asked and they said they would send another. I gave benefit of the doubt that USPS lost the first one. Was pleasantly surprised when they offered to send another. Although I never received that one either. Can’t assume it’s a coincidence, especially being it was around the time of the run-up. They batch tracking numbers with different packages which makes it nearly impossible to impossible to know whats coming.

After many years of being inactive in coin collecting, I decided to purchase some coins and supplies from Littleton Coin Company. The coins were supposed to be uncirculated, however, I found better coins from circulated coins. Regarding supplies; among other things, I ordered the 2x2 cardboard holders. Don’t waste your time or money ordering those from them. Horrible quality, uneven, and not a perfect fit for the coins. In addition, this company has worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. They take a long time to answer phone calls. Be ready to wait close to an hour to speak with someone. Don’t bother using the chat feature on their website which works only sometimes. And when you send them a message they will reply several days after. Their website is also not up to date. Feels a website from the 1990s. I will never buy from this company again. Not coins, not even supplies. Oh…best of all, you have to pay for postage of the returns if you decide to return their subpar merchandise. Coins and supplies. If I could give them negative stars I would. Horrible experience. Never again. I never write reviews and this experience was so horrible that I took the time to write this one. Stay away!

Everything worked as expected. I received my coins in a timely fashion. Thank you.

When I started collecting I used littleton a lot. Their customer service and marketing was very good. However, I would recommend to anyone buying anything from Littleton to do some price comparison. I tried to sell back a coin set that they’re currently selling for about $38. They offered me $.50 to a dollar. Their margins are exorbitant. Their prices are ridiculous

I received the order I had placed for 4 sets of coins in time and in good shape. I also received the optional set that comes monthly that I was not interested in. I returned that set and called the company to discontiue the monthly mailing. That was done promptly and without any hassel. I appreciate that. I believe this is a good copmpany to do business with,

I saw these Lighthouse Coin holders and thought they would be nice for Christmas presents. I was giving my brother some coins and was gonna use airtites, but these allow labeling which is great. And they came before Christmas in plenty of time to encapsulate the coins. I'm gonna use them for some of my coins too. He was very happy with them.

My review is based on what I have ordered from the catalog, so far I have enjoyed the experience with costumer service and the timely manner of ordering, the storage containers are perfect to hold those coins , currency. Easy to organize. The Catalog is well put together and is a great Read, tons of information for new/old coin collectors. I received a coin from Little Coin Company " I never asked for this period" in the mail at an apparent discount. Rather, than just send it back and risk it being lost in the mail or stolen I decided to pay the price and I did. Further, I noted on the form that I did not want any subscription service. Guess what!, I just received another coin in the mail for a 1989 O Very Fine condition Silver Dollar. Never asked for this either. This time I decided to call and after waiting on hold for over 30 minutes I finally spoke with John in Customer Service. I explained to him that it was presumptuous for them just to send me coins I didn't ask for. He said Well you signed up for the service. I PROMPTLY informed him that I did not, and that when I paid his company the charge, I specifically wrote on the invoice that I would pay this coin only, and I refused to sign a subscription for more coins. "I never asked for" and that they ignored my NO SUBSCRITPION REQUEST. I advised that I wanted off the list and would pay for the OVERPRICED Silver Dollar. $202.00 later :( , :( and it is done, I hope! IN my opinion this is a terrible way to conduct business and bad business tactics. Trust Me! don't get caught in this trap!
