Very rude staff very unprofessional and unhelpful

I was recently in town and stopped here with some items for sale. What a nice bunch of people. I worked directly with Bob, the owner. He was extremely nice and accommodating. All of the employees, helped me with unloading stuff and carrying it into the store. The offers were very fair and the whole transaction was simple. Highly recommend you stop in to buy or sell something here!

I came in to look at a few 1911's & the service I got was awesome. Showed me right to the case & had no problem taking the time to answer the few questions I had. Great prices, as well as deals on other guns I was interested in. I went in not sure if I was going to buy but I have already made plans to go back & buy a few. If you're in the area it's worth the stop.

BEWARE. They are scammers, i’ve been to this pawn shop every week for a month, buying silver and looking at a Rossi .44 Magnum Lever action rifle that was priced at $650. I came in today to Grab the gun and buy it (still listed at $650) They took the gun from me and I signed my paperwork at the checkout counter while they packaged it. I look over at the price tag, IT MAGICALLY CHANGED TO $675. After they took the gun they changed the price. They’ve lost a regular customer and I’m sure I’m not the first.

Great service and great transaction. I ordered a product and they were able to get it into the store in a matter of days, and for a good price. All employees were eager to help and answer questions, despite the store being constantly busy with patrons.

We visited Mooresville Pawn Shop as tourists from Hungary, and it was such a unique experience! The guy working there was incredibly friendly and down-to-earth, and he took the time to show us some firearms — the first time we ever saw and held real guns in our lives. Truly unforgettable and surprisingly fun experience!
