Very polite and knowledgeable. Not only was I told what my ring and coins were worth, I was taught what to look for in the future. I felt like he actually cared about what I had to say and the questions I had. I don't even live in NC and i will take the 45 minute trip, each way, next time I have something I need looked at. Great experience.

Stopped in on a whim while I was in town on business and Jerry helped me find something great when I told him what I was looking for. He's super knowledgeable, definitely knows his stuff. Ended up sticking around and chatting a while. Highly recommend going to see him before you ever bother going to a pawn shop buying or selling coins or notes!

I will never deal with them again. Today's spot price for Sterling Silver is $.90 a gram per Kitco. They offered me $78 for 170 grams of Sterling Silver. You do the math.... that's 50% !! I have never heard of anyone, jeweler, dealer, smelter, "cash for gold" place working on a 50% margin. Absolute thievery. Avoid at all costs. The employee there had a little sheet with numbers the boss gave him to work with, he could not even hold a conversation about metals or prices or anything. 15-30% is common practice... but 50% is straight thievery. Do you research on what your pieces are worth before considering an offer from them. There are more fair places around to do business with.

Advertising says coin shop. Went and guy says he only brings out coins if your looking for specific. Ive got over 10k coins and not one did I go hunting for. I browse, I like, I buy. Absolutely ridiculous marketing. If your that concerned, maybe pick a better location.
