I had a wonderful experience at Rhudy's Pawn Shop on Murchison Rd. Everyone was very professional and helpful. The price for my radio was very good. I had an issue with my radio after installation and when I took it back to Rhudy's they fixed it with no problem. Actually, it was a overlook on my part but they helped me anyway. I would recommend Rhudy's Pawn Shop on Murchison Rd to anyone with audio needs. I know I will go back to them in the future.
Went into this establishment with some of my buddies and was asking questions. One of my friends cracked a joke and it was obvious it was that. The bald guy behind the counter was rude and asked us to leave with no explanation which was fine. Even though we where from out of state. We did have means of getting weapons sent to our home state. I was all to buy a few weapons and have them sent. They did have a great selection. They where very over priced compared to others. Hope he didn't work off commission. Would not recommend this place.
Rudy’s has been an exceptional place I’ve delt with in the past but even better recently. They have saved me over $ 700.00 because of their integrity!! I recently purchased a 2013 ford explorer limited edition and took it into Rudy’s to have an automatic start put in when I was told it was a feature that my vehicle already had. That saved me $370.00! He showed me how to use it with my key! Then two days ago when I called Batteries Plus to inquire about a battery for my key they said it would cost me $350.00 because after purchasing the battery I would have to have the key reprogrammed. When I called Rudy’s they said the battery would cost $10.00 and that the key doesn’t have to be reprogrammed. So the integrity of Rudy’s saved me another $340.00!! I thank God (Jesus) there are still business that operate with integrity like Rudy’s!!🙌🏽🙏🏽😇!!
Okay first off I had some jewelry check at this place inside the gun section. There was a lady there that’s tests the jewelry with a xray. When I asked her to test our jewelry she tells me all of it is fake knowing that I got some of this tested at another location come to find out they are real. So you can see my frustration why when I’m asking for a service and you knew my jewelry was real and tell me it’s not also provide bad customer service everytime you tested somthing the only thing she would do is look at me and not even tell me what anything was testing as I had to ask her and she tells me all of it was fake even tho most of it was stamped and tested somewhere else I’ve gotten jewelry repaired here nothing wrong with the jewelry section but do have your stuff tested here definitely buy your self a testing kit
