Purchase experience only ! I have purchased metal coins from pinehurst coins three times over the past years, and every experience has been excellent. The transaction process is straight forward with multiple easy payment options, and each order was processed and delivered much faster than expected. The quality of the metals has consistently been outstanding exactly as described and well-packaged. Reliable service, great products, and quick turnaround make this my go-to place for purchasing metal coins online. Highly recommended!

I have used Pinehurst several times and always have great service. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars on this order is because it took them a couple weeks to ship my order. I was just about to call and check on my order when I got the email saying it shipped. This may have been because of the ice storm that we had.

I sent multiple messages about this order. Ignored every time. Order was promised by a certain date. Never shipped in time. I canceled the order, cancelation was denied, but still not shipped! After reporting order not received, next day magically shipped. I have every intention to return the order and I will NEVER buy from Pinehurst again. I'll pay more with someone else. As a small business owner if my employee ever treated a customer like this they'd be an EX-employee. Disappointed.

Overall my experience has been positive with Pinehurst Coins. Received what I purchased. My only issue is shipping speed. On occasion it seems my order isn’t processed for a day or two then it will ship. I understand if the purchase is made on a weekend that may happen but doesn’t seem like that is always the case. They always seem to choose economy shipping even if the item is very expensive. If they have an option to upgrade the shipping speed I am not aware of it. But again great seller to deal with and always top notch merchandise.

I place and order ever year to continue my collection of Silver Eagles. It is filled quickly and efficiently. I have also sold to Pinehurst, and that goes very well. They are professional, and reliable. Thanks for great service.
