Very satisfied with my beautiful dark red pendant heart. I got to pick out the color, and size. Communication was great, all my questions were answered in a timely manner. Very well made pendant, I’m sure that it will last my lifetime and then some. I put my pendant on and have not taken it off since I have received it. If you are looking for high quality handmade jewelry then this is where you should shop
The order was placed a month before it was needed. I was assured it would arrive on time. A week before the agreed time I reached out to be told it would be ready. When the ring didn't arrive on time I contacted the seller. He blamed shipping when in fact he missed the deadline and didn't ship it until the day it was promised. The ring arrived 3 days after the deadline. The craftsmanship is of the lowest quality. The silver was tarnished in that it wasn't polished. It looks incredibly cheap. Don't waste your money folks.
I’ve had two pieces custom made ( a stone necklace and a spoon ring) and both have been excellent quality, very quick turnaround for custom made items, and matched their descriptions. The spoon ring is a custom “class ring” for my HS senior. I’m very pleased and look forward to ordering more jewelry to add to my collection.
