Jim is friendly and accommodating and is an expert in his field. Visiting his store for an appraisal was an easy and positive experience.

Called to ask to see if they had 3 specific coins. Said my name and "I am looking for 3 different coins, the first one is an American Gold Eagle coin" he told me that he didn't have any right now. I told him "ok, the second one is" the guy sounded angry and told me "I don't have any gold coins right now". I mean, I don't work in customer service (thank God) but I sure know with behavior like that he shouldn't either!!!! Only reason I put a star is to posts my review!!! No stars!!!! Highly recommend going somewhere else for any need!!!!

Been to this shop a few times. Not much to choose from in the shop. However, last time I went I was ignored and glanced at while waiting at the door like I didn't exist. Like someone else mentioned customer service is lacking I could agree. In response to the response, from this dealer. Common Courtesy would be to say something.It must be a Big security risk for someone standing in a military uniform or even an acknowledgement to someone standing at your door after ringing the bell. I can give you multiple shops in Texas to take pointers from. Not much to choose from in Fayetteville but there is one good place. As a avid collector and seller, I would shop or sell other places in Fayettville,NC. My kid has more silver, and gold than this place. Have a nice day 🥴

This is very fair Coin Shop , I was totally impressed with his business ethics. He gave us a fair price for my coins. And I had a damsel a 1937 10c NGC MS67FB I was very satisfied with the price, I missed that coin. And the ower Jim actually sold it back to me for same price. Ladies and gentlemen bring your coins here to sell and buy. Thank you again Jim. We came down from Raleigh and are glad we did, we just cannot say enough good things about Jim's intrigrty.
