John was fantastic. He worked very well with my attorney to get what I perceive was a well researched and fair report on my mother's personal property for probate purposes. He was up front about his methods and while he ended up going over his initial estimate it was because he put in a lot more time with my attorney making sure everything was exactly as needed to satisfy the court. As I do not have a lot of experience with these things I will just fall back on the fact that my attorney, who does, said he would recommend John to his clients in the future. Thanks so much!
