My mother passed several months ago and I had items that weren't high end jewelry and nothing that myself or others had an interest in. Did some online research and made an appointment. They were very empathetic about my loss and gave me what I believe to be a fair price. Everything was explained upfront and the silver type items were weighed in plain view. I would recommend Jewelry Authority for selling your items.

I ordered a beautiful ring which arrived with one of the stones missing. I was provided with a prepaid shipping label for the return, and they replaced the stone and re-shipped at no extra cost to me. Throughout the entire process their customer service was kind and professional. I have been wearing the ring for about a month now and love it more than ever. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to the Jewelry Authority! The store is bright and welcoming, with jewelry beautifully displayed in well-lit cases that make browsing a pleasure. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout my visit. Kathy was particularly great to work with—welcoming and engaging from start to finish. Kenny was also fair and helpful during the process. They have a vast selection to choose from, and their prices were very competitive. I was impressed that they provided a written appraisal of my pieces. It’s worth noting that they also buy items if you’re looking to sell. They specialize in estate jewelry but are particularly interested in any quality gold pieces as well. My experience was excellent, and I will definitely be back to visit them again. Highly recommend!
My child has been begging me for weeks to take him to get permanent jewelry—and I admittingly had zero idea what was so cool about it—UNTIL I DID IT! They’re super nice, super quick, and the bracelets (and anklet) are super awesome! We went with one our favorite people and my kids think they now have permanent “friendship” bracelets with her. ❤️ Great selection, great quality, and a great time. Highly highly highly recommend! (There are pop up shops everywhere but this actual location is also super cool! So much unique jewelry and stuff to see!)
