awesome lil shop. the customer service is top notch. had a hiccup with a purchase and they were quick to help resolve the issue and provide options as well.

I came in a few days ago and found an awesome deal on a Bulova watch, one I've been looking for for a long time now. I got some help from Jet and Oscar and I just have to say that they made me feel good about my purchase, and included a new battery, which to me is huge. They gave me time to think and were patient with discussing things like the quality of the brand and other selections they had. Overall, awesome experience, great purchase, and I will be back.

I've been going here for over 20 years I recently had a car accident and I needed to buy a whole new car and I went in and explained this to Wesley.. Wesley told me I had plenty of time you one of our best customers don't worry about it.so I took my son up there to pawn something and they told me that he couldn't pawn nothing because I left all my stuff there.well I just recently had went and got half of my stuff, I told Wesley what happened with my car and that I would be back to get the rest when I got the money so I don't understand why they did me like that I've never ever left anything in that pawn shop but life is life I can't help what happens in life but I did go and explain to them they treated me wrong a 20-year customer that's spent thousands an thousands of dollars with them they did me so wrong and then they did my son even worser and he didn't have nothing to do with my pawns I don't understand why they did me like that I've never done anything for them to think that I would leave my stuff in there that's why I went and told them the situation at hand that I would be back I will never go here again they will never get the chance to do me like they did me in there they are wrong and they should apologize you don't treat people like that sometimes situations happen where we can't do nothing about it but try to fix it in a time of need and when I explained to the people what happened and they still did me that way never again

We visited for the first time today and it is definitely worth the drive! Wesley helped us and he was amazing, very helpful and very professional! We hit the jackpot today not only with our lucky finds/purchases but we will be back in the future! They have a great selection and great deals to go along with the amazing customer service!!
