So sad to see this. Used to always come here. Now they barely have any trophies and the ones they do have are broken. This used to be a wonderful store. Sad to see small businesses struggle

Got a mini guidon made here, and a maroon beret for a plaque. The only downside to the guidon, is that it comes in a square, luckily I know how to make alterations. The beret was $32.05 and the guidon was $21and some change. Prices include tax. The customer service is great. Will shop here again.

Let me start by saying I love to support local business on a regular basis . I coach two travel basketball teams and one Rec BB team and was looking to drop approximately $900 to $1,400 possibly more on trophies , plaques and the new championship rings everyone is buying these days. I asked they lady behind the counter a few questions about one trophy for one player in particular (MVP trophy )that i needed and she acted like I was such a bother to her , she sighed ,exhaled and made me feel like they didn't want my business , just all out rude . needless to say I didn't even mention the forty plus trophies I had originally planned on purchasing from them after the attitude I received. I work hard for my money and so do the parents of the players and devote most of my time to these kids on my teams but they will just have to wait a little longer for their championship hardware this year until I can find another place to do business

Great selection of sporting goods and memorabilia. Prices are adequate and the service is always friendly. They do a great job on youth team shirts and trophies at a discounted price.

I ordered a guidon display from Trophy House last month. Shipping was quick, no issues. However, the guidon that arrived had the wrong information on it. I emailed about a resolution, and to their credit, the president of the company emailed me back within minutes of their opening the next day. But his promise of a response that day didn’t happen, and I had to reach back out days later to get an update. A backup guidon quickly arrived, with the correct info, but the scale was wrong. The font and spacing were larger on the new guidon compared to the original one, so it didn’t fit properly in the frame and plaque that came with the original guidon. The final product had the guidon numbers far closer to the frame’s edge because of this scaling issue and looked bad. The quality of the replacement guidon was worse too, with gaps in the threading of the branch insignia. Overall, Trophy House offers reasonable pricing and shipping and decent communication, but their quality control and their ability to properly produce a replacement guidon was disappointing. I’ll seek another award shop for future PCS gifts.
