Came to this shop to get my ring tested to see if it was a real or fake diamond. I was helped by a woman who tested my ring and told me it was not a real diamond ,however the metal was indeed white gold. She cleaned it off with alcohol and tested it again and said that it was still not a real diamond. I went and got it tested again and she was actually wrong..... it was a real diamond it just needed to be cleaned and steamed properly. I even got it tested a third time and it did turn out to be a real diamond. I’m not writing this review to bash this place ,but I feel like the woman was telling me that my diamond was fake just so that she could get it from me and sell it at a much higher price.I feel like any jeweler who is a professional would have properly cleaned it in order to know if it was real or fake. I wouldn’t trust them with my jewelry!!!!
