Rude to me. Has you wait outside in the freezing cold. Doesn’t have an actual retail spot. Just some old terrible downtown office. People were coming up to the door and knocking very loud. Sure the other tenants loved that. If he didn’t answer they walked away. This guy needs a new location that’s fitting for retail. Not an office building
