I literally dropped off to gold necklaces for one the hours listed online did not match up with the hours the guy that repaired the jewelry was present . I would constantly call in to see when I could pick up the jewelry , it was like I was getting the run around a for days from there I felt as though there was something negative taking place like my gold was being switched out for something different ! When I finally popped up and the guy was present I picked up the necklaces a month later my daughter necklace break again tell me why the necklace is flat all around almost and it was a rope chain!!!!!! Why would it be flat ?! As if it isn’t real gold!! Like what is wrong with this necklace !
