Richard was transparent and honest throughout my transaction from start to finish giving the best price with an immediate payout. Vert easy and pleasurable to do business with!

I called and spoke to Greg, was quoted a price for silver. I drove straight down from Kalispell and when got there he completely changed the price and told me I “misunderstood him”. Also came up with a spot price lower than Apmex and jm bullion at the same time. Total scam artist! Do not trust phone quotes from him or anyone else there, they will change it when u get there.

I've been a customer of MG&S since I was spending all my paper route money on mercury dimes. 40+ years later and I'm still a customer. I've never received a bad shake from anyone here, ever. I'd give 6 stars if I could.

Found a lovely piece online and called their shop. I live out of state. I spoke and worked with Eric to acquire this piece. Very good communication, piece was shipped quickly and packaged securely. Got the gold content verified by my own XRF as well and everything was 100% as described. Best compliment I can say is that I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again!

Fabulous staff. Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable. I was paid a great price and left some items overnight for further appraisal. When I returned not only had they finished all of the items but they said they had determined some of the earlier items were underpaid and immediately paid me the difference. Highly recommend. I’ve used this store for about 40 years and their quality has always been excellent.
