This is by far the best pawn shop in Missoula. Jon is so knowledgeable on all aspects of the shop. They treat everyone like family and are willing to help people.
Worst customer service. Inappropriate conversations for the work place especially when talking about illegally selling guns. Will never step foot in again.
Usually very rude staff. One of the last times I went in with my boyfriend, one of the guys was making very loud, awful jokes about beating his wife. I could tell they were absolutely joking, and I hope he doesn't actually beat his wife. We both thought it was tasteless and the amount of detail used was disgusting. Especially in front of customers. The only time I had ever tried to sell something to them, was a surger sewing machine that I bought for $300. I used it twice, had the box and all the instructions. When I took it in, they had two sewing machines on display for purchase. But when I told the guy I wanted to sell it, he was very rude and told me they don't take sewing machines and acted like I stole it or something.
Really cool shop nestled away with all sorts of buried treasure inside! I love shops like this that offer friendly conversation and a good deal! They gave me a fair deal on an amp and treated me with excellent customer service! John is an excellent pawnbroker and the other gentleman behind the counter was excellent with firearms and recommendations. I missed pawn shops like this, great crew.
The guys here are absolutely great and super nice. They looked at my laptop unlike pawn 1 then offered me something. Which I cannot be grateful enough! I will be back!
By far the most generous, well run Pawn Shops I’ve done business with I would give 6 starts if I could. They always have the best selection of firearms with outstanding prices, I’ve personally purchased multiple. On multiple occasions I’ve seen the manager Jon help many customers in a pinch. They have even gone as far as being a sponsor of my daughter’s cheerleading team, without hesitation. They are an amazing asset to this community, not only in their line of business but in their willingness to support children’s athletics, FFA, and many other programs.
This is the best gun store in the city of Missoula. They have unique inventory and the knowledge of the inventory to compliment it. You want a shop with honest integrity, go check them out.
