I’ve been going to this place since they opened. The lady knew be by name and knew my life and always treated me with respect. I have purchased and spent a good amount from this store. I never really sold much to them but when I went in with a nice drone two rifles and a cross bow to sell they seemed arrogant and turned to snakes. Customer service went out the window and all my things were just trash to them. I never even really got a word off and they just kept tag teaming the negativity. I get they can’t pay high prices and need to turn a good profit but if it’s not a deal it’s just not a deal we shake hands and go our separate ways. Now I will never shake their hands again. New guy is a punk. 2 star establishment!
My purchase was on Dec. 23th. The staff is very friendly, helpful and takes care of you quick. They have enough people to make sure every customer is assisted in a timely manner. I will be returning and making additional purchases.
