I employ you to not give this place service. My father and I have been going to the Riley location many times,even buying a toy for my nephew. However, recently,he attempted to pawn a shotgun, recently new,and they refused to give him more then 69 dollars for it,not even bothering to bargin. When I bought a video game,I used my card,at which they told I needed my ID checked to ensure I owned my card,then charged me a 4% charge just to swipe the darn thing to pay. My aplogizes,but if you don't trust your customers,then you shouldn't be operational,or at least ,have using a card as an option. Please don't use this place for your business
this place for 1. Looks AMAZING. everything is neat, in its place and more importantly Order. Didn’t buy anything but i did this would be my first stop!
Been in here a few times, usually go to the Ripley and New Albany locations. People have been friendly here, just bought a computer at a good price.
Went there on Saturday looking for a weed eater the young lady that was helping me took the weed eater outside started it for 2 seconds and I bought it this is not my first time buying something from a pawn shop if it don't work or stop working in the same day you can bring it back and get your money back or they'll give you another one I tried calling them leaving him a voicemail letting them know that this thing won't stay started call the next working day which was a Monday. They stated it was nothing that they can do you could have gave me my money back or gave me one of equal value that actually works. I feel like since their worker started it up for 2 seconds but didn't let it run because she said she didn't want to hit my kids with the weed wacker they should refund my money or just give me a different weed wacker. go to a different pawn shop do not spend your money at this place customer service is horrible
Stopped in looking for a pressure washer. This one is a fair sized pawn shop in West Main in Tupelo. I only spotted two pressure washers but there was plenty of inventory. Lots of tools, equipment and some musical gear. Looked like some new or mostly new items also. Furniture and some sporting items as well. It was near closing time but the lady behind the counter still greeted me and asked if I needed assistance. A good shop that is worth checking when looking for something and new isn’t a necessity.
