This was my first visit to Horne Custom Jewelry, and it was a great experience. I brought in several brooches that needed repair, and some were fixed on the spot. I returned a couple of weeks later to pick up the rest, and everything was done beautifully. The owner and his son were welcoming, friendly, and professional, which made the entire experience very positive. It’s wonderful to support a local, family-owned business that clearly takes pride in their work. I highly recommend Horne Custom Jewelry and look forward to returning.

On top of that, they helped me find a beautiful estate ring that fits perfectly with my wedding band like it was made for it. We recently visited this Horne Custom Jewelry and had the most amazing experience! It’s a family-owned shop, and you can truly feel the pride and care in everything they do. It was so cool to see the whole family working together. Everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely informative. They resized and mended our wedding rings, and the craftsmanship was absolutely flawless. The quality of their work is outstanding, and their pricing was more than fair. It’s rare to find a place that combines skill, honesty, and warmth all in one, but this jeweler does it effortlessly. Hands down, an incredible experience from start to finish. We would recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful work and trustworthy service!

They did an awesome job resetting my grandmas original ring setting(73+yo)on my great grandmother’s band(120yo band). It’s absolutely beautiful! Such a great job that they’re making me a charm with my kids birthstones that I’ve wanted for years. Very reasonable prices too! Thank yall so much!!!!

The customer service was friendly and informative. I brought in an engagement ring and not only did they suggest how to fix it, they gave me history of the diamond cut. I feel better about wearing the ring, as it is an heirloom. I have a before picture with the setting and an after picture with setting the stone closer to the base. They did an excellent job and it took about a week. They have beautiful, unique jewelry, and I will continue to use them for all my jewelry needs.
