My husband and I decided to upgrade my wedding ring and Jackie was recommended to me by friends and family. She was absolutely amazing during the entire process and my ring is beyond gorgeous. She has made several engagement rings for family members that are stunning. I highly recommend this place if you are shopping for any type of jewelry. Definitely top quality and can’t beat the price!!!!
I can’t say enough good things about this shop. This is posting under my husbands name for some reason, but I am always super pleased when I stop in to look at what Mrs. Jackie has in here Jewelry counter. Not only is she fair with her pricing on purchasing what you have, but she has exquisite taste in jewelry and you can find one of a kind pieces that keep you coming back to see what she has had made or what she has selected. It’s so worth the stop. Always friendly and always worth the stop. I have bought and sold there several times now and couldn’t be more pleased! Purchased a pair of diamond and gold earrings a while back. I asked was the earrings real diamond and gold etc. oh yes she replied. They wanted $599 but we negotiated on $420 plus tax. Wore them once and they was to big and flashy for my taste. Took them back to maybe get at least half of my cash back but was met with every excuse possible why I was being ripped off on the price given to buy them back.Total the opposite of what I was told when I originally made the purchase. So basically I was overcharged for the earrings from the start it appears which I find a little untrustworthy and dishonest.Maybe these guys are spot on but when it comes to jewelry I would be careful. Customers pay attention to being overcharged then underpaid for items they purchased at the same place.
I had the most wonderful experience working with Jackie. I wanted my original engagement ring and wedding band replaced to gold. We did everything through text and pictures which was so convenient since I live 2.5 hours away. I am absolutely in love with my new ring. I couldn’t recommend them more for custom made pieces!!
Everytime I visit this shop, I find fantastic jewelry and Jackie is out of this world. She offers deals you can't refuse. She had a canary diamond custom set of earrings and stud made for me that are so stunning, I almost can't believe how beautiful they are, and she is INCREDIBLY easy to work with! I'd give them 10 stars if I could.
