The people are so friendly. They fixed my watch in no time at all. And called when it was ready.

Camille did an absolutely fantastic job, assisting my fiancé and I with our wedding bands. She was able to address our questions and concerns while also ensuring that our pricing was competitive. Camille's suggestions on the variability of ring sizes depending on the metal demonstrated her subject matter expertise. Additionally, I've had several items repaired at this location and each time the price and speed of the repair was the best I've experienced in the metro area.

Everyone is always so nice and helpful

Albriton’s is a great company. A thank you to Stuart for showing me how to correctly wind an automatic watch. I am very disappointed that it cost 1000 to repair the crown on my Brietling watch, less than 5 years old. Brietling also requires you send it to them for repairs. I am told that Albrittons can no longer service them.

Thank you so much to Suzanne and Nick at Albritons. Suzanne helped me and my now finance shop for our engagement ring. She was able to listen to every detail and when I returned to finally make the move forward remembered exactly what I wanted and the details for the ring. Emailed me a CAD mockup of the ring and then 2 days later got the PERFECT stone in. It literally was the first choice and absolutely stunning. She was knowledgeable, welcoming, kind and patient and made the entire experience exciting and fun. I also would like to thank the unsung here Nick who was the in house jeweler who set the stone for the ring. He did an absolute phenomenal job and I and my finance love it. Thank you guys so much for making the engagement so special!

I needed to have my wedding band resized. The company did a wonderful job and had it ready a day before it was scheduled. These folks have Adjusted the bands of a couple of my Watches. They have always provided me personalized service and their prices are very fair.

I really appreciate Suzanne’s help with my customized vintage waterfall diamond ring. Her assistance in assuring my personal happiness will not go unnoticed. The ring is absolutely beautiful; one of a kind.
