100% grade A......place of business there at Charlie's pawn .... I've never been in a pawn shop that was so welcoming from the moment I walked in every employee there was out to help each customer right away and to top it off I was even asked was I thirsty well I just so happened to be thirsty he asked me what I like to drink and I told him a Mountain Dew he walked to the frigerator grab me a Mountain Dew and I was expecting him to say that'll be fifty cents a dollar you know but he didn't and even though something like that probably don't matter to a lot of people but in all reality the little things like that is what really matters because southern hospitality and just being generous to Thy Neighbor whether they are a customer or your enemy treat them and greet them just as you would want to be treated because now I will always be a customer of Charlie's pawn shop. And I'm going to tell everybody I know that goes to pawn shops that they need to go to Charlie's pawn shop first and and there will not be disappointed when they leave

Notice to any potential customers. I gave Charlie's Pawn Shop another try. Even more disappointed. I came n there giving them the benefit of the doubt and very disappointed. A few things I noticed. 1.) the security is crazy there. they have to push a button to let u in and out. sometime they ain't even paying attention so have to stand there and hope they ain't playing behind the counter so u can go on and leave. most likely aggravated. it's like they have had a lot of people try and get there stuff back after they got screwed type of security. they r doing the most. 2.) they sell broken merchandise. such as game consoles. they even tell u on a sticker placed on the item which describes what they "think" is broken or what somebody told them upon selling it to them. y would you buy broken merchandise firdt off but since you bought it and claim you know what's wrong with it why not fix it so your customer wont have to. 3.) disrespectful to customers. the employees there treat you like garbage. and they offer you the lowest of the low for what you are trying to pawn. just beware yall. I will never go to a pawn shop again

Dude that says they treat you like a piece of trash probably is a piece of trash! They very professional and very nice and very fair. Dealt with them 3 times so far.

I had the best time here honestly. I am a gun collector and noticed they had a couple old things on the wall. They made a great deal on on of them and it’s now gonna be a fun project for me. The staff there were incredibly nice and did anything I needed. They even offered me a soda which was a great gesture. I don’t normally put reviews up and I usually stop at pawn shops once every two weeks to see what they have. I’ve never stopped here because there weren’t any pictures of the inside and most times it means they don’t have much. This place has MORE than what I expected for sure. I’ll be stopping here often.
