They have a NO REFUND POLICY attached to their layaway contract. They probably won't give you any slack if you have money problems and can't pay off your layaway you will lose any money you put into the layaway. They are the typical pawn shop. THE CUSTOMER WILL LOSE... However, if you are looking for a large selection of guns, tools, jewelry, they have that. Just remember you are the loser in their business model. Check any electrical tools, saws, etc because they don't do much beyond a quick look over. I got lucky a couple times with my business with them. Just don't expect any compassion from them, their bottom line is their main focus.

Well I know for a fact they will lie to you to get you in the store. Then they will rip you off on your trade in, and charge you new prices on their used guns. I do a lot of business here in town and I will never do business with them again. And they took my gun into the back room for 15 minutes and I ask what there doing, making a copy of it. Then they brought it out and tried to rip me blind on mine so I took it home. I immediately took it apart looking at every marking on my gun as I have records of every number and letter on every part of every gun I own. And my bolt carrier group had different markings on it. And I had recorded every part on my gun. Cant prove they took a original part off mine but my notes are dated when I wrote everything down. I’d say they are not honest people to deal with. If they can’t screw you. They will rip you off.

A couple of months ago the wife and I made a trip from Hartville to shop at this store. Ignore the bad reviews, which in our opinion just are not fair. The staff are helpful, knowledgeable, and their gun prices are fair. They also stock more types of ammunition than I have ever seen in one store. Highly recommended.

Never been, but bought a firearm online. They have a 3 day inspection and return policy, but my FFL was out of town when the gun was delivered, so I had to wait about 10 days. I contacted the shop to let them know and they were 100% accommodating. That's all I can ask for. Regarding the gun, it's actually in better condition than it looked in the photos, and I'd consider the price to be beyond fair....it was actually suspiciously low, which is why I was worried about condition. Couldn't be happier.
