Loved the store (my baby loves her rocking chair that dad, not mom, found!) and will be back in the future. I particularly enjoyed their antique furniture in the $300-750 range, even if we didn't buy any of those items at this time. My only complaint with their inventory is that they don't have enough Christmas ornaments. My only personal complaint is that the crucifix we bought had an egg sack plus 5 spiders inside. Luckily, my wife noticed this before we set it in the house. I must note that most spiders, like the crusades are needlessly vilified.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review Elder’s Antiques isn’t just a store—it’s the beating heart of Cherokee Street, and that heartbeat belongs to Cherri. Step inside and you’re instantly wrapped in decades of history, charm, and funk—carefully curated by someone who lives and breathes the spirit of this district. Cherri has a gift for finding treasures that tell a story, and she shares that same gift in the way she champions the entire neighborhood. Her creativity, energy, and relentless dedication keep Cherokee vibrant, its events lively, and its personality unapologetically unique. Without her, this place might be just another block—but instead, it’s a destination. So, if you’re strolling down Cherokee, do yourself a favor: stop at Elder’s Antiques, say hi to Cherri, and see why this shop is more than antiques—it’s the soul of the street. Brava, Cherri—you keep it funky, fabulous, and unforgettable.

The owner was so sweet to us, we had a little chat about the area and her business. She gave us a little history run down which is nice. I’d be back just to talk to her. The items for sale are truly antiques I’m more into vintage soda advertising so I don’t see me really purchasing anything on future visits except some vinyl.

Elder antiques is our favorite shop on the Row! If you are looking for the highest quality antiques, vintage furniture or simple knickknacks this place is the real deal. They have the mahogany, oak, and maple pieces of all shapes and sizes. They have lots of furniture but they also have great advertising pieces, local items, glass and crystal the list is endless.
