Took some old gold jewelry to them after I had already took the jewelry to a local shop for evaluation. Scotsman paid almost 3x as much as my local jewler was offering. The lady went through all the pieces and separated them by k value. Super fast and nice to deal with.

I wouldnt recommend coming here. They are not friendly. And they will try and take advantage of old people

Very unhappy with my visit today. I came in with their updated to the minute price on their website and they would not honor it. Don’t trust them to keep their word on prices. Even if you have their live price chart to show them what the price should be. And when I called back to speak with someone about it they wouldn’t listen to my concern because I didn’t have the name of the woman I spoke to. Very unprofessional. Edit after the response comment: I came in to buy an American Silver eagle. Your buy price was listed as one price (again, updated to the very minute) and what she was “telling” me the price was, was $10 more than your website. I hope that clears something up.

Best LCS I've ever dealt with. Very knowledgable staff, especially Charlie. The guy has moxy behind the counter. Probably the Heisman of coins, if I had to guess. All the intangibles you'd look for... In all seriousness...I am not as polished in metals knowledge as I should be but have never felt I am being treated with anything other than transparency and honesty. I cannot say the same about the previous shop I used to buy/sell. Lastly, their trading sheet is available to all. Nothing is hidden from the eye, which is important in this business. Do yourself a favor and visit Scotsman. Don't buy online and pay ridiculous premiums, your friends will hate you and your wife will divorce you.

Brought in lots of jewelry and Stacy was so nice and friendly and patiently went through each piece of jewelry. I felt very confident with her knowledge when checking all my pieces. Stacy is a very good representation of the company. Very happy customer. I’ve been there several times years ago and always have had a great experience with the staff.

This was our first visit to this place and we could not be happier with our results. We told Frank J. our Representative what we were hoping to accomplish and he made sure that he got everything exactly the way that we wanted it. He took his time and made sure we understood everything going on! We will definitely be back and will ask for Frank again! We highly recommend Scotsman to anyone new this type of business needs. Visited this location recently and overall had a solid experience. The area was clean, secure, and well maintained, and staff members were courteous and helpful when needed. They know good and silver well, and provide spot prices for buying, and selling. Service was efficient, and everything was organized in a way that made the transactions easy. Convenient location with good accessibility and parking nearby. I always return, and would recommend this place to others looking for a reliable precious metals option.

Today I worked with Natalie & she was pure joy. I was nervous about going in. I had checked with a local place in my town & he was going to give me 400 below spot price. I called Scotsman & was shocked at their customer service & the given price. It was worth the 90 miles drive...like $300+ worth it. I didn't have to worry that I was not educated very well on gold. She took care of me & also made me feel valued. I left with a smile & money & I will go back whenever I need to buy or sell. They have a customer for life. Thank you Natalie!!!
