If I could give them 10 stars I would. David, Chelsea and Emma are all honest people and try to help people out. I have bought close to 20 firearms from pawn center and have sold them plenty as well. With that being said some people need to understand how pawn shops operate and understand that they can't offer you what you can get privately. Reading these bad reviews are hilarious for one because none of them explain how they were in the wrong to begin with or it's people who just cannot handle being told no/sorry. I'll always do my firearm business with them. And also a word to people reading this trying to decide to go them, when you go there be nice and respectful and they will give you more on return. Another tip, (keep going back to build that relationship with them and you will thank me later and how good your experience will become with this pawnshop). I came in looking for a handgun, and they were very helpful and gracious with me. They helped me find a nice Glock 19 at a very good price. I highly recommend them, and I will be going back as much as I can.
One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had! They were able to order the exact rifle I've been looking for and had it ready for transfer in under a week. They even price matched an online retailer. Super friendly and helpful staff. Amazing selection to browse while waiting on background check. I can't wait to do business with them again!
I had been looking for a particular rifle and after dealing with several other pawn/gun shops in the area, I ended up at Pawn Center. I was able to order the rifle and it came in super fast, however, it was not as advertised (not Pawn Center's fault) and between mine and David's constant contact with the manufacturer and supplier we were able to get things somewhat sorted out. Long story short...I ended up not getting that exact rifle, but ordered a different one from a different manufacturer and it came in even faster than the last one. The whole transaction was fast and painless thanks to the amazing staff. They definitely earned a repeat customer.
