Terrible service lied to me about a gun saying I can’t pick up my handgun.

THIS FOLK ARE IGNORANT..I PURCHASE A $2500 TOMMY GUN IONLY TESTED FIRED IT..FLAWLESS CONDITION THEYOFFERED ME $300 AND HAD BUILD A GOOD RECORD WITH THEM.I TOOK.IT TO ST CHARLES PAWN GOT $800.1ST TIME THERe

Just left looking for a drill gun, 95.00 ,85.00 that is retail prices. RIDICULOUS PRICE. Won't stop again

Workers deliberately lied and said,if background check is denied I would get my 700 hundred dollars back,except 35.00 dollars service fee. Tracy refused and gave only 30 days for store credit. Older white man works there also told me I would get money Back. Tracy is a Liar and deceives customers by signed paper without explaining them. They LEAD u on into a TRAP>>>>...Never go there.

I normally don't have issues out this place but for some odd reason when I picked my TV I suddenly has a green line on the side and how I know it's new is because these folks are picky if it has a minor scratch they won't take it . It was pretty much a brand new TV cause only had for a couple months but still no real apology, no accommodation not anything but a lame excuse saying they put it on the selves and theirs nothing we can do .... long story short it's other Pawn shops that I recommend going too that will at treat your stuff properly and they at least cover they end taking pictures before and after...I pawned tvs before never had issues until I took my TV here . WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!
