I met Mrs Carol and Mr. Dom almost 2 1/2 -3 yrs ago. Very good people. I don't know what I would have done with out them / their business over this period of time. They have been so good to me. And Mrs. Carol has helped me in so many ways she doesn't even realize. I take my scrap gold in and occasionally she will buy other jewelry from me . They are my go to place. Good conversation, great business friendly people.
Sold me a trash necklace after braking the one I wanted while cleaning it. They told me they'd get what they had together and give me a call drive the 30 miles over for some 2nd hand chains that he wanted top dollar for and then told me the chain he sold me wasn't worth anything and acted like I didn't get it from him. I understand you gotta make a dollar but your not gonna get repeat customers by doing them dirty. The chain he sold me has now broke 3 different times. Pitiful...
